APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS
The MFT concentration has highly competitive admissions. Because of the sequencing of required courses, students are only admitted to begin study in the fall semester

We accept applications on a rolling basisTop applicants will be invited to interview for acceptance into the MFT Program.
As part of the online application system, all applicants will need to submit/upload the following items:
MAT above the 50th percentile are preferred.
The HDFS graduate faculty review application materials and make a recommendation for an applicant interview. The MFT faculty make the final decision following the applicant interview.
- UA Graduate College Application for Admission
- HDFS Department application form
- Official academic transcript(s)
- Resume or CV
- Statement of Purpose (addressing how your background/experience influences your desire to pursue MFT and what your future goals would be as an MFT)
- Three recommendations (letters and required form)
- Official GRE or MAT scores (exam must be taken within the past 5 years):
